In honor of Italian Heritage Month, NoHo Gallery LA
is exhibiting the works of featured artist Lola Scarpitti
as well as Italian and italian-American artists of all
mediums in " Viva I'Italia " group show October thru
November 11, 2006.
" Our goal for October is to slowly
show that 'guidos, gumbas and gangsters'
are not the Italian tradition... ART is.
The Italian persona is diverse and each artist
in the exhibit demonstrates a unique art
perspective using different mediums andportraying varying subject matter... creating
their own traditions ",
